The hotel was in a central location also close to MRT. And it was also just off din tang feng, the Mitsukoshi department store and resturants and shops.

Hotel is upscale, and clean, there's nice pool and the location is excellent in the commercial district of vibrant Taipei. The venue serves above average breakfasts and offers big rooms with huge bed, great view plus the condition. Accommodating and fairly friendly staff as one would expect.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The breakfast is impressive with a wide variety of choices including fruits and vegetables. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many tourist attractions and shopping malls. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Nakayama, the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is worth a visit.
Can't think of anything.

Lovely room, amenities, comfort. Value. Great location, just 3-4 min. Walk from mrt. Serenity in the midst of a crowded, hot, city. Most remarkable is the staff. Very courteous and accomodating. Guest Relations, Pallas Chang, took care of reserving a hotel in Sun Moon Lake for us, made all of our train reservations, and was truly lovely to work with. Would definitely return.

The decor of the rooms are very nice and elegant but the rates are quite pricey.
The buffet breakfast selection is very limited for the price. Definitely not 4/5 star standard.

Rooms were modern, comfortable, very clean and staff was very very attentative. The staff spoke English very well too. The breakfast was not included but it was pretty good with fresh and varied Asian as well as some Western dishes. Family visit with some business made hotel's location convenient. Workout room on roof had good view and enough equipment to get a fairly good workout.
Beds too hard. Workout room had outdated equipment.

Staffs are friendly. In fact people in Taiwan are very friendly and polite.
The hotel is a bit old, the carpet doesn't give you a "clean" sense. My wife got some kind of inset bite one night at the bed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they resolved any concerns I had. The hotel's location is very central, near the heart of Taipei, the railway station, and bus station. Dining at Din Tai Fung, just a short walk from the hotel, offered a wide variety of options for lunch.
